webERP is an open-source web-based ERP system.
Many businesses have similar requirements of their ERP software and webERP aims to be a community of businesses working cooperatively on webERP.
webERP is a complete web based accounting/ERP system that requires only a web-browser and pdf reader to use. It has a wide range of features suitable for many businesses particularly distributed businesses in wholesale, distribution and manufacturing. It is developed as an open-source application and is available as a free download to use. The feature set is continually expanding as new businesses and developers adopt it.

As you said that this is a web based erp solution also it is available free being an opensource software.But what do you consider in similar requirements here.
Most of time i seen that on-premise solutions are still the trend and globally, almost 80 per cent is on traditional ERPs. Local companies are moving away from standalone solutions as well as do-it-yourself ERPs.
